DJ I really enjoy the yard sale idea! the only problem is that the house is in the woods in a way. Also it's kinda hard to get to direction wise.

Advertise a Garage Sale for next Saturday morning with just the address.
Say in the ad "FREE COFFEE! EARLY BIRDS WELCOME! 6am till. Antiques, toys, clothing, dolls, jewlery, tools, appliances, furniture....MOVING...EVERYTHING MUST GO! MAKE ME AN OFFER!"
The garage sale freaks will start showing up trampling the lawn and ringing the doorbelll at 5am. Problem is, you have to be up to see it. This is so funny....we did it one time to a neighbor that was a jerk.

Pour fruity pebbles in the yard and the next time it rains they will puff up and you cant rake em up or anything..They are a real mess.You can fork it (plastic knifes and spoons work too)but the platic forks are the worst.I have also heard of saran wrapping the house (all the way around)you can use petrolium jelly or something like that and put it on car door handles so they wont be able to open them
