no unfortunately my dear there is nothing that us women can do to make your uterus/vaginas more friendly for sperm however if you are having difficutly concieving there may be other issues at hand such as sperm count, and your timing as well the most fertile time for any woman to concieve is exactly fourteen days from the first day of your period, and this is because that is when you ovulate.. so you have a period of about 3 days when your chances would be higher than any other time not that you can not concieve at other times because you can. Our uterus's are very acidic because that way it can kill off sperm to help the natural defense of pregnancy, it also aids in keeping our uterus healtier as well.

No don't douche, that will disrupt the ph chemistry too much and sperm will certainly not survive. At least half of the sperm die as soon as they are ejaculated. Another percent die trying to reach the egg. Did they tell you that your case was unusual? If you try to conceive when you are most fertile, your body creates an environment to help the sperm stay active and reach the egg.

go to the doctor and ask for a medication that can make you fertile! but there are procedures at home that you can you can do to make yourself more fertile! for instance, a better diet aka more fruits and vegetables, drinking more water, overall taking care of your body! or you could learn your fertility pattern! your fertility pattern is 5 or 7 days out of the month that you aren't able to get pregnant! so by knowing those days, you will know when you are able to get pregnant! if these homw remedies do not work, consider taking fertility pills or hormones!

Umm.. talk to your doctor some more.
The female reproductive system isn't friendly to sperm. Sperm are, consequently, built hardy enough to survive.

do not douche!! If the gave advice about artificial insemination, that's probably what you need to do. I think if there was another way he/she would've told you.
