choose the smallets window for your webcam
maybe your and your friend s internet speed in slow
test it with smallest size

check ur webcam and its FPS it should be maximum
FPS stands for Frames per second so more the FPS more will be the quality of video capture...
and may b ur frnds have a slow connection of internet coz while viewing webcam online one by one photo is transfered ...

You have to click the Broadcast button under your picture.
