Wow, great question. But I have to go with Weiland, he's in Velvet Revolver and the GNR guys played with Todd for a bit but decided he wasn't their man. Plus Weiland can wear a pink feather boa and low slung shiny silver pants and look awesome. Plus Weiland is a better lyricist, which somehow makes him hotter.
Evidence: "Crazy B*tch" vs. "Hollywood B*tch" (On STP's Shangri La De Da) Hollywood is better by far.
