As in Neanderthals? Not any more, although it's possible that there are those still around who carry some of their genes.
As in modern day humans; Yes! Turkey has thousands of cave-dwelling citizens. They make their homes in caves because it's convenient, easy to keep cool and dirt cheap.

Not like Encino Man (dumb movie). However I did date a guy that had the sunken eyes, pronounced brow ridge and sloped forehead. He looked like a neaderthal! the only thing was he was skinny and just a bit hairy. Evolution I guess.

I'm sure that they do. People who don't have a home will probably sleep in caves. They don't have to be prehistoric to be cavemen.

Yes, there are cave dwellers. You can find communities of people who live in caves in Spain, Malta, China, Australia, North Africa, and the Middle East, for instance.

If you mean, are there men who live in caves? Then yes, they exist. If you mean, are there funny looking slope headed short guys running around with spears and dressed in saber toothed tiger loin cloths? Then yes, they exist in Hollywood.
