No one gets it for free and anyone that thinks dealing with a hooker is tough negotiating never spent a day in divorce court. Most hookers are more honest about their role in pay for play scenarios than women who stay married just because of the economic benefits. I agree with others here that say it is simply a means of self indulgence without the guilt or demands of a relationship. Do you really think that it is men only who pay for sex? I once queried a hooker as to what she charged for a ********, thinking her price was on the high side I asked her if she knew how long I had to work for that kind of money? Her reply was that I didn't have to suck the bosses cock! touche!

Some men are ashamed about there sexual fantasies, and don’t want to tell there partner. If a man is married to a woman who doesn’t like to be in control, but his fantasy is being controlled, he will go somewhere where he can lose control (but still be in control because he is paying her). He can do this type of thing with a prostitute because they wont judge him. Most of the time it’s a lack of communication in the bedroom that will make a man go to a prostitute. Men are shy whether they admit it or not. and with someone they don’t know they won’t care if they are judged.

It is an inability to attach to someone emotionally.
Some married men hire prostitutes for sex for the same reason. It is exciting to them to be able to come in say this is what I want and perform with no expectations on their performance.
Some just liek weird sex and feel the need to pay for it so their " secret " does not get out.
Who really knows.

I love it how women are answering these questions. What do you mean "What kind of man." A normal single man who desires sex, who might not want to go through the trouble of getting it from not hookers.

Well a Madam once said in reply to a similar question: " Men are not only paying you for the sex, they are paying you to go away afterwords. " You need to study the science of this for a full answer to your question. For example; testosterone, known as the hormone of desire, is on average 10 times greater in circulating volume in men than it is in women.

It's hard to find anyone on the spur of the moment to give it up for free...
The type. A guy that does not want any of the headaches from a relationship, but just wants his physical needs met.

Someone who wants sex only and wants to be in total control. They feel since they are paying for the service that they own the woman for that time and can do anything.

It is better to hire one, than to constantly be rejected your whole life on Earth, rejected in high school, In College and later in life. So much rejection by them peers, elders and colleagues alike, makes for a sad
Life; which leads to suicide.

Those who fear commitment and see no benefit from it. Paying for sex is considered a service and when the deed is done no emotional attachments.
Note I'm happily married and never attempted to purchase a prostitute.

Because, they like to spend money even when they don't have too!!!
Or another option:they think what others had they have to have as well no matter the price.Even if they know: not everything that others have tried is good for them to try as well!
