Click on the search bar and the list of previous seaches comes up. Arrow down and delete each one individually

Go to the menu at the top of Internet Explorer
Click on Tools
Click on Internet Options
Click the Clear History button

Go to the left of the search box. click on the arrow next to the pencil, and click Clear Search History. Thats it. That is if you have a yahoo Toolbar.

Ignore all those twayts - they dont even understand ur question!
IN internet explorer go to tools/internet options/content/autocomplete uncheck the forms button and hit clear forms - voila!
This is assuming u have ie 6 like me - if not just search in google for "autocomplete in google search box (and ur ie version)"
