So happy that i couldn't put it in to words. In a way a bit nervous since i wasn't 100% sure if we were financially ready and because i was going to be responsible for a human. but so happy that i cried.

i knew something was up cuz i had morning sickness and when i found out for sure i couldn't stop smiling for about 5 min but then shortly after i was in denial and i didn't want to believe it i probably was in denial until my stomach started growing bigger and then i got excited and getting ready for him. I wasn't sure at first if i wanted to keep the baby because i wasn't ready at all. Not money wise or anything and i didn't know if anyone would help me out because i was only 19 years old. But i am glad i kept my baby and he is a beautiful 4 mo. old baby boy. Also the doctors visits were exciting. If you aren't sure see how you feel when you start to hear you baby heartbeat and you can see the baby on a screen and the doctor shows you all of the baby's parts. It's a wonderful feeling. And when you see your baby for the first time or even see them smile it will melt your heart especially if this is your 1st child.

I was shocked because I was not trying to get pregnant (of course, I wasn't preventing it well either!). I was scared and worried and thought this was not a good time to have a baby (I just started a new job, just moved to a new state, lots going on) and I kept busy the whole time trying to make sure everything was perfect so it would all be okay. The day my daughter was born - she taught me that it doesn't have to be perfect to be okay and I then just felt extreme love and joy and happiness.

I "felt" pregnant before I even took the test, or even missed a period... But when I actually took the test, and saw the little "positive" line, I was first excited, then IMMEDIATELY terrified for a few minutes, scared, overwhelmed, elated, happy, then I started to cry and giggle all at once.

I have 3 children ages 3, 15 mnths, 3mnths. The first one wasn't planned and my husband and I had only been dating for 2 mnths. I was scared and unsure, but that slowly turned to excitement. My second was planned so we both were excited. My third I cried for days. I had a four month old that had weighed over 9lbs. so my memory hadn't faded and I kept asking how was I going to handle another one. Its not easy but it is worth it!!!
