Well, don't be some creepy stalker or some nutty fan. Seriously, if you are a fan then keep on dreaming, from what I have seen of someone fans generally can't seem to view a person as they are.
That said, hey, she will likely marry someone right? She's a person, just human like us all, no matter what job she does. But it's her choice in life on who she marries. If someone has a want, in a way, to MAKE someone love them back, then it's more infatuation then love they feel.
If it's fate then it will be, but it has to happen on it's own, just remember it's definitely a long shot and more then likely it is unlikely to happen. Plus you may find someone even better.
P.S. I do not care for this girl at all, so appreciate that I am talking nice. lol

ok well first, you need to get popular. work up from your office. once people know you, like Paris Hilton and stuff, and you get invited to Hollywood parties, ask to be introduced to Hilary Duff. then, (you should have lots of money for the next step) you have to court her by buying absurdly expensive clothes, jewelry,shoes, etc. be an amazing person, and if she likes you, she could marry you.

Start with getting a life. Unless you are rich, a model, and a star, you dont have much of a chance. And I am guessing if you were that, you probably would be asking your agent to set up a meeting.
