The reasoning and activities to blame are likely muslim. The reson for it really is as known Chechnya, Russia has no longer been on good words with a number of the insurrection communities and they are all interconnected. So really they determined that in view that safe practices is tight in Russia and intensely last time they tried to blow up and make a siege in a city they were given their butts kicked. Putin close down an finished community capital and coerced/lied to the terrorists so that they'd come out of the homes and once they were given them out of the city they were shot aspect black end of tale. Russia does no longer negotiate and could no longer enable them wreck out. they'd already killed civilians and if allowed to pass free they'd purely connect the reason back. So, what they likely did became concentration on Iraq, the position there's a lot mayhem and each day bombings and took a swing at some Russians. Its all about payback with them. now to not be outdone, the Russian mafia is likewise an option yet unlikely until eventually there is a few own themes that we've not been made conscious of. As for the U. S. being a winner, this is no longer the case because the U. S. is in fee today it genuinely reflects badly on them if overseas diplomats at the instantaneous are not possibility-free in a land it really is controleld by them. it would want to lead on to many countries pulling their diplomats out and then Iraq reverses to being a fantastic risky zone and feels like 0 progression has been made. So besides the actual incontrovertible reality that the U. S. would argue with Russia over politics they do no longer favor their diplomats to be killed.

Interesting notion, but not sure US really wants to "share" Iraq with the Russians. The "terrorist" insurgents in Iraq have their own agenda for the abductions. In the past, it seemed like they were doing it to split up the "coalition." I can't think of any reason why the insurgents would want Russian troops after them as well as US troops/
