depends on the country and state you live in I think Florida, Canada, and Mexico have lower age limits, I think Mexico's was 14, if you were married, and 15 in Canada, that could have changed by now, I was watching a talk show with irate parents, and the legal age came up, most everywhere in US is 18 ,with a consenting adult, they dont prosecute teens for having sex with each other, unless one is 18, an adult, and having sex with a minor17 and under

Well, you are really suppose to wait until you get married.

And if you don't want to wait until you get married, it should be 21.

If you decide to have sex earlier, please make sure you use a comdom and go to the doctor about birth control pills.

If you think that you are really ready to do this, then go for it, and most of all: do it with someone you love!

Sex produces babies, how about when your capable to either pay for a child's birth outright or have a job that provides insurance to assist in the cost...perhaps by then you would have matured enough to raise one of your own....just another example to remind those who are thinking of having sex, that it comes with responsibilities.

dependa on the age of consent in your state if there is a big age difference......if you are right about the same age....i'd still wait. if you have to ask a question like that, something about the situation isnt right, or else someone is too young.
