You are not being too sensitive and he really should show you some respect.
Don't put up with it doll. tell him he either stops his childish behaviour or he'll be losing you for good.
A relationship without respect is no relationship at all.
You stick up for yourself babe and don't let him put you down!

Wow! You really should sit him down and seriously tell him, with no children around, that you don't appreciate this. Tell him how much it hurts you to hear these rotten disrespectful comments! Pregnant women are sooo beautiful. You should feel beautiful! Be serious when you talk to him. Tell him that if he can't respect the mother if his child, then you will not waste your life away with him. You can find happiness elsewhere. I want you to go look in the mirror and say to yourself "I am beautiful!" I just feel so sad for this loser guy. God made you just the way he wants you to be. Don't let your boyfriend continue this childish behavior.

Your man doesn't sound like he's to bright,and encouraging the kids to put people down especially their mother or even step mother is downright wrong. You need to let him know you are sensitive, that it bothers you too, like you like gaining this extra weight& you cant diet. I'm expecting in a month, I gained 40 pounds, and my stupid father would always call me Good Year blimp and call me fatty, stupid rude stuff like that. I finally told him I may be fat now but I can always loose it, you'll still be old. He stopped being he's very "sensitive" about his age. Sit your man down and tell him it really bothers you. You need some back bone for any of this to stop. Stand up for yourself

He likely means it as lovingly as it could be meant. He is trying to lighten your mood, although I'm sure it doesn't do that. Next time he calls you fat just say to him.."Yes, I am PHAT (fat), Pretty Hot And Tantilizing!" I think this will help you both for you wont feel hurt and he just might decide that he agrees that you are pretty hot and tantilizing and give you a big movie kiss...lol... Best wishes

Tell him if he calls you fat one more time, that your either going to leave him or start calling him 'short d*ck man' and see how he likes it... pregnant or not, you shouldn't be treated that way. it's different if once in a while he says, aww look at that big belly.. but for him and the kids to be calling you fat, it's a problem.

I went through the same problem with my husband like you b/f he didn't understand so I went and found something that he was sensitive about and made fun of him and when explained his feelings about what I was doing I told him that was how I felt when he did this to me. And no more problems for teh rest of my pregnancy.

tell him ur prego not fat! you should really get rid of that guy, he's a jerk. my husband made it point to tell me everyday that i was beautiful while i was pregnant. not once did he say i was fat. if he did i would have told him to $%&# off. oh yea let him know ur hormonal right now too and he can't joke like that.

If you have told him it hurts and he still does it. Ask him if he loves you and when he says yes tell him that every time he says your fat it is like he is telling you that he doesn't love you. Also tell him that teaching the kids to say mean things hurts them too.

If he doesn't quit you should leave him because you deserve better. When I grew up my mother was with men like that and they wouldn't change so she dumped them. you don't want your self esteem to be low. I am sure you are beautiful and don't let any man let you down. And your man shouldn't be having your kids say it to that is very wrong. Good Luck!

Tell him that making fun of you isn't going to make your attitude any better. Your pregnant you need to be relaxed not being teased! Tell him that he would look bigger too if he was carrying a baby! He needs to grow up, getting bigger is what being pregnant does to you.
