I did a question here and no one likes him. WHY?!? Is he weird or something. PLEASE tell me why people don't like him.

He is the quintessential good guy. He strives to overcome being an orphan, an abandoned student, and "different" in the use the force kind of way. That makes him a pretty great person, but perhaps a little saccharine for some people's taste (which is why some prefer old Han Solo, the bad boy pilot).
Myself, I prefer Luke. And L. Skywalker was played by Mark Hamill in all three of the original movies (episodes IV, V and VI - New Hope, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi).

He's a hick from Tatooine but he's cool. Yoda is da bomb though. Followed by Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Chewbacca. Of course Darth Vader and Darth Maul. However Sidious is a lil bich.

i think hes awesome, but he is overshadowed by the greatness of Yoda, who is the greatest of all. And personally i liked Han solo better than Luke too. maybe its cuz Luke is so serious, but i guess he has to be right?

He was always inmature and annoying...but he grew on you as the series went on though, in my opinion. I am more of a Han Solo person myself.

I think they could have done better than Mark Hamill.
