nearest to south wales (u.k) please

Hopefully somewhere in South Wales but am willing to travel to other areas in britain (with great difficulty).
Please stop sending answers like 'the bahamas', it's just upsetting a six year old - as she knows there is no way we could afford that kind of trip - I'm a student!
Thanks.

Porthgain Boat Trips
The Shed Tearoom, Porthgain

Boat Trips that provide unique views of the coastline surrounding the small fishing village of Porthgain, in traditional or RIB (fast) boats. Coastal cruises, fishing trips, dolphin searches and Potting trips; during the summer months join the fishermen lifting the lobster creels.

There are no dolphinariums in the UK now (thank goodness!). So the only option open to you is to go and find them in the wild, by boat. I don't know if stroking is allowed but it would make an exciting trip even if you see none.

Cardigan Bay very often has dolphins. I have seen them off Newquay and near Newport (Trefdraeth). I believe I have also seen 'dolphin search' trips advertised in St Davids but the above was the only mention I could find on the Internet.

You could always go to sea world or to the aquarium. That is always a fun place.
