There's this awesome stay on lip color kit from HSN shopping channel that seems to work well and last all day and outlast all competitors. However, I'm not sure. Someone on this site has to have used it before.

It does not. Also, Savage that is sold in the department stores does not either. I hate those deceptive commercials.

Preferably line your lips carefullly, choose a dark color like plum, powder the lips and then using a fine makeup brush, put on another color. Powder again and repeat, if you want lipgloss add too.
No matter what, there is no lipstick in the world that will last an entire day without touchups.
My sister had her lips tattooed, in a natural color and lined as well. She does need retouching after a few years but says its worth it. I am too chicken to to try that, but that´s the only permanent thing I know.

it depends on if it gets along with you...
i've tried those types of products before and they don't work with my body's chemical make up so i personally wouldn't spend the money
