i have more than 20 yrs experience in clinical practice but i do not have a licence in u s a .to practice.can i get a suitable job in u s.or any related jobs in medical offces in u s a.

I don't like the American system much. Even though you have twenty years of experience, you will still need to go through the whole training process again and getting a good residency placement is very difficult.
This puts off many experienced British and European doctors from immigrating to the US!
You will have more luck with Britain.

I would most certainly think you would be able to find suitable work here in the good USA but why leave your people who need you so?

possibly, check with some of the larger hospitals in the US to see what you would need to do.
