Shake a 3/4 full beer bottle and put your thumb on top of it.

Agitation will release the nitrogen bubbles that were in solution, producing gas. Your thumb on top of the bottle will create pressure inside of the bottle. The pressure will create heat.

After the experiment, you can drink the remaining beer!

Here's a good one.

30% Hydrogen Peroxide
Manganese Dioxide

In a flask (the narrower the neck, the better)
Pour in the H2O2 about 1/4 full
Add a small amount of the MnO2

Watch it boil!
Careful touching the flask afterwards, it will burn you.
