Whoa!!! I've been taught to repair a lot of problems concerning a PC but nothing like this ever occurred but I'll try my best to help you. "Access Violation" probably means you bought a used hard drive and the configuration must have been set personally that is the best I can do sorry. Get your hard drive looked at by a master technician or a computer repairmen to get a better diagnosis.

First don't kick your computer. If you're positive you can't get onto your computer, take the install disk you got when you bought the computer and reinstall Windows. This will completely wipe your hard drive and reinstall your operating system. You'll lose all your files, but if you are positive you can't log into your computer you wouldn't be able to acess them anyway.
P.S. Maybe it's time to buy a new computer?

Take the chastity belt off the hard drive.
Honestly, would need more information could mean many things. Most likely, your hard drive is write-protected in an area (where its supposed to be, ex. MBR or FAT) where a program is trying to write to it (like a virus). I'd run a bootable anti-virus program.

Ignore the idiots saying kick it. You should feed it with cheese. lol nah kidding you most probably have a virus or something, get a anti-virus or spyware to scan the machine and it should be back to normal.

Any number of things - more information is required. You could have bad memory - corrupt drivers - conflicting drivers - bad video card - bad hard drive - take your pick.
