is it medically possible for someone to have a nervous breakdown without knowing it i ask this in question to my roommate i live with

yes it is, i am a registered nurse i know these things and i now you can have a nevrvous breakdown without nowing it but sooner or later you will figure it out either in a dream or froma friend or by him/herself trust me

I thinks so especially if they are in denial about how they are acting, particularly if it has been out of the normal way the person normally acts.

somewhat.. they may just not realize that what they are going through is that.. they may blame it on nerves, anxiety, or are in denial, or try to forget about it right away
