She says they slept together on Oct. 15 and she was due July 15...she also had the baby the other day which is about 3 weeks early...I'm pretty sure pregnancy is measured by 40 weeks, for I am 7 1/2 months pregnant. Can he press charges? ( Just so the truth will come out ) And the DNA test, can we make her take one?

I DO NOT BELIEVE HIM!!! I'm not dumb, I'm 18... he used to hit me and I find it hard to believe he could beat me up and then turn around and let a little white girl (no offense) rape him. I found her number in his phone...text messages to her... I just wanted to make sure that I am not wrong for not believing him. He tries to make me feel bad about it but the reality is that he did it cuz there were rumors going around that I'm pregnant by my ex of three years. And two...he says he was really drunk and high but I'm just trying to validate my gut feelings...

Um does he think you were born yesterday or something. He wanted that ****. His lyin *** did not get raped. If he didn't want to do it then how hard would it be for him to push her off of him. My last period was october 10th and I'm due july 17th and I'm about 38 weeks. My baby can come any day now. Pregnancy is measured by 40 wks but some people do have their babies earlier. As long as you are 37 wks then your baby is considered term (not pre-mature) so if she had the baby three weeks early that sounds just about right. If I were you I would leave his lying *** alone cause you don't need that **** But if you really want to be with him still after all that bullshit then I would make her get a dna test done. If she trys to take him for child support then the court will make them have one done and if she doesn't then I guess I'll be seein ya on Maury Povich.

First off, the woman doesnt take the DNA test. The baby came out of her, obviously she is the mother. Its the father who will take the test.
I'm sure she'll try to go after him for child support at which point, he can deny paternity (unless he knows hes the father) and then the courts will appoint a DNA test to be given. Both child and father will be tested and this can take weeks to get the results back sometimes.
You are correct, pregnancies are measured by 40 weeks, however it is possible to have premature labor and deliver prior to the 40 weeks.
If she raped your boyfriend, he should have gone to the police when the incidence occured. Sounds to me like maybe he just couldnt keep the junk in his pants and turned it around on her so he wouldnt feel bad. But who knows.
GOod luck!

Full term is 40 weeks. Anything from 37 weeks is considered full term , My first was born at 36 weeks with no problems. He can demand a paternity test before paying child support . However .... Come on he was raped? What did she do over power him , tie him up force him to get errect and then force him to have an orgasm. Sounds to me like he cheated and knowing he can not say he didn't as there is a baby he is trying to come up with some other plausible explanation for what he did that will not make you kick him to the curb.
He was raped???? How did you keep from lauging at that explantation for what he did? Tell him if you do the crime you do the time take responsibility for his off spring.

First off do u believe that she raped him. Also, babies come on their time, early, late whenever they are ready. It really is 36 weeks for a full term pregnancy. I'm 24 wks at the moment myself. Do get the DNA test and go through a company that does it for free. if it is his, it's his responsibilities and he will have to support that baby if he wants to or not. The CHILD support people don't play on that issue. Pressing charges........Hmmmmmmm.......... Only if it was rape, but he needs a lie detector test as well. Go to Maury.

The time measurement thing (number of weeks) doesn't make a difference there are such things as premature births. My son was born 2 and 1/2 wks early.
My question is "If he was raped, why didn't he file the complaint then?" Some states have statutory limitations on filling criminal complaints. Check by asking a criminal lawyer.
Only your boyfriend can maker her take one and it might only be done by use of a court order. Have him ask a lawyer if he is really concerned.

Yes if he was really raped (which he is probably lying) he can press charges. The problem is rape is hard to prove. If he has witnesses or evidence of her stalking him and harrassing him then he probably has a strong case against her. He needs to go to the police and needs to talk to the District Attorney (or assistant DA) to try and convince them to press charges. If charges are pressed and she is found guilty then he may be able to get out of ever paying child support for his baby with her.

Reality ccheck, girl,i hate to say it but your man cheated and got another female pregnant. Even if she did rape him which is not likely than why didnt he tell you until he found out she was pregnant??? Sorry your in such a bad situation try and work it out but i think youd be wasting money if you went through all the pressing charges and stuff.

I think before you go to court you better sit down with your boyfriend and have a long talk.
While they may have had sex it is physically imposable for a woman to rape a man. She may have tricked him, having the idea she wanted a child, but he had to be a willing participant.
A man cannot get it up unless there is some form of attraction.
Even if she held a gun to his head...or especially if she did...he could not get it up...much less off...unless the conditions were right.
You can believe him if you want to but do not go to court. It is hard to prove the rape of a women but impossible to prove of a man.
About all you can do is prove paternity. If both are willing to take that test it will prove it. If he says no...you have your answer. Proving paternity could prevent her from making him pay for this child. Consider this before court. If you go to court he will be forced to do this. You may not like the result.

you certainly are confused if you think he didn't want to have sex and she held him down with her godly strength and magically made him hard as a missle and then while holding him down she forced his dick into her repeatedly. now... do you see how ridiculous that is? press charges anyway and you can get a court ordered DNA test or you could always go on Jerry Springer. get rid of this chump and find someone that won't cheat and that loves you enough to tell you the truth even when he does wrong. good luck because their are so few of us left out their.
