North: Ex-Yugoslavia (land borders)
North east: Bulgaria (land borders)
East: Turkey (land and sea borders)
South east: Turkey again (sea border)
South: Egypt (sea border-way down south though)

If you mean geographically:
North boarders: Albania, FYROM, Bulgaria
East borders: Turkey
If you mean politically, Greece, as a member of the EU, is a part of the 25 states composing the EU
Customs and Ethics: Since Greece has influenced most Western countries and people, it is close to most Western countries and Australia!
Regarding Climate I think Western Turkey, South Italy, Southeastern Spain, North Egypt, North Libya, etc.!
Philosophically, as wrote previously, with all Western countries, but also China, India, etc.

Greece is a typical Balkan country and has very little to do with Western Europe. They cheated their way into EU, where they don't belong for reasons of ethnic cleansing of Bulgarians in Aegean Macedonia(former part of Bulgaria). To this day Northern Greece is populated by white people(Bulgarians), not brown Greeks.

To the north - Albania, Bulgaria and Yugoslavia (Macedonia).

i might want to no longer care. I stay contained in america of a. i'm not in any respect planning to pass to the different usa. very last time I left the country it became on a plane with a timber bench for an 18 month vacation in Vietnam. ()
