You could do some dusting with this stuff called Dust out.YIu can fine it is any store. What is does is help your furniture not collect so much dust.

Use a really clean cloth to apply and maybe wipe your things down every two week you should be fine.

stop smoking in your room; take out the carpet and put in hardwood; wash your bedspread, pillows, and bedding more frequently----clean your room more often.

Get a feather duster---attach some strips of fabric softener sheets onto the feathers. This will cut down the static cling that holds dust to your electronics, TV, and other metal surfaces.
Dust collects more on objects with high static electricity.

Line the room with plastic or move the room to a dust free location, like Antarctica. Oh, 90% of dust is human skin, so prevent humans from going into the room.

Get rid of the carpet if you have it. If you have pets, either keep them out of your room or clean ofter and thoroughly. If you have a lot of furniture or a lot of stuff on top of the furniture, take out the everything but the essential pieces that you need and take off the little nick-knacks that you have, that aren't needed. That is what I did in my house and it made a world of difference in the amount or dust and the time that I have to do it.

Believe it or not you could dust your room with bounce sheets- the bounce sheets collects dust like a magnet and dust dosent seem to like to adhere to anything that is wiped down with them. Just a thought!

Use a good filter on your furnace / air conditioner. I like the 3M 1000. And change it every 2 months.

And leave the system fan on all the time.

Those cheap filters just let the dust get recirculated through your house.

Get rid of carpets. They are the main enemy. If you have normal tile, Vinyl, wood or pergo flooring you can dust and clean everyday to keep the place clean and reduce dust collection.

Is it dusty environment????

Just remove carpet from your room.

Arrange plantation near openings to the room, windows, ventilators and doors.
