Becuase I'm trying to buy hosting space on ripway but it wont let me make the payment with adding a credit card. Is it possible to make a transaction without add a card?

If you dont have a credit card.....you can go to like CVS or Walgreens...stores like that and buy a prepaid Credit card....just load it with funds and use it on Pay Pal Ebay....places like that
Just be careful when you purchase the Credit card Make sure that the address that you use for the credit card is the same adddress that you have on file for Ebay and Pay pal....other wise it wont verify and you wont e able to use that card....

Add either a checking account or a savings account..... then add funds

You can use your checking account information instead. PayPal calls it "getting verified."
