You can't look pass Lampard, he was a huge disappointment.
But there's some Serbs who would qualify, problem is they all have funny sounding names, you can't tell who is worse. But the guy who gifted Ivory Coast with 2 penalties, by acting as a goalkeeper, would give Frankie a stiff run for this award!

As much as I hate to say it, it's Leo Franco (Argentina's replacement goalie). He let in one goal and three penalties; if the dirty Germans hadn't kneed Abbondanzieri's ribs (and then fallen on top of him), that wouldn't have happened.
