I am maybe 3 or 4 weeks pregnant, and spotting blood. Is this normal? If no, what could be wrong? And pls. don't say "go to the doctor," because I don't have insurance yet and can't afford it.

No it is not normal at all.

You could have a miscarriage threat...so for the babys sake rest and rest, zero work until the bleeding stops.

K if you are spotting you more than likely are in a state whcih is called threatend abortion if your cervix is closed this doesn't mean you will miscarry but you could you do need to go to the doctors or er so that they can look at your cervix as well as take bloodwork to check your hgc levels to make sure they are in the right range the spotting should stop within a few days if you don't miscarry make sure you don't have cramps a fever or bright red bleeding take care

well sug it could just be a natural thing, but i hate to tell you that you DO need to see a doc, not only for that spottin problem but for prenatal care, that is very important part of pregnancy and i think they will work out a payment plan with you if you tell them whats goin on
