i dont get it, its the crapest day on earth. no one cares about this day, i wonder who is the idoit that came up about this day and why girls care about this dumb day that us guys are force to face valentine's day?

I am a girl and I think that V-Day is just another excuse for card, candy, and flower companies to make a killing~It is a stupid holiday I told my boyfriend to never go out and spend $60 bucks on some flowers that will die or a bear that I will just put in a closet. That is just my opinion on the whole thing~It is way overrated~

Valentine's Day was a holiday designed to appeal to the emotions. It truly depends on a person's perspective. I think the day is pretty hokey myself. I think that if you love someone you should let them know EVERYDAY rather than just one day a year when the Hallmark cards and the florist and the candy makers have a conspiracy!!

It is a dumb holiday really. But it is drilled into women's heads from the time they are in school that they should be loved by someone. Valentine's Day is a day for women to feel someone loves them and to have that "proven" to them.

because if you are single, is the right day for men to show how much they care. Sometimes men need a little help and finding flowers in front of them and a holiday force them to make a move ( if they are interested). Also,when youreceive a lot of flowers it make you feel amazing !!!

Girls think it's romantic cause they've had it drilled into their heads by their mothers since they were little that you get chocolate, flowers, jewelry, etc.. on that day, I think it's greed. Personally my husband and I don't celebrate it cause if we're only romantic one day a year we've got a problem.
