Tony Stark. Tony, has been subsidizing the Avengers since the beginning. He paid for every wrecked Quinjet, every time one of the avengers picks up a car and throws it at someone Tony buys a new car, etc. To be able to do that, he has to have Richie Rich money

Well my friend, unfortunately no actual figures are given as to the amount of money in the possession of Bruce Wayne or Tony Stark, so there is no true way to know. I just recommend you decide which one you like more, and then believe that one has more. Personally, being the Batman fan I am, I'm going with Mr. Wayne. However, if you are quite the Ironman fan, go with that.

Tough question but i think Bruce Wayne I mean hes rich enough to have a batcar and cool gadgets not to mention the awesome suit. As for Stark he has a ridiculous suit and a loserific adversary ( no offense).
