Juggernaut, just because he could think through the fight a little more carefully than Hulk. Although the fight would probably last a long time, Juggernaut would find a tricky way to end the fight, like bringing down a building on the Hulk.

It has happened in the comics and Hulk came out on top. I guess it depends on which hulk the Juggernaut is fighting. Maestro would tear up the Juggernaut, but savage hulk or savage banner would easily be defeated by Juggernaut.

Hulk already beat his rudy poo candy azz serveal times in the comics..one time Hulk was being mind controlled and he smash the Juggernuat soo hard that his helmet flew off and laid him out with one punch..Juggernaut for being unstoppable sure has been stop alot of times.. they need to re - do him where he can truely never be stopped.

Hulk. He keeps getting stronger. Juggs can take a beating, but he can get tired. At some point, Hulk could just grab him and chuck him a few miles.
