Take her to the park or a quiet serene place and say:
I'm sorry I hurt you - it has been on my mind since I did. Please accept my deepest apology. I will never deliberately hurt you again. Tell me how can I make it up to you?'.
Say this with all the sincerity you can muster and she would reconsider.

Have something really romantic set up like a dinner and candles and a red rose with a soft song playing and let u guys be alone no one there and tell her that u were a completely stupid form what u did and that most of all u r sorry for hurting her. If you guyz r just friends then say the same thing that u can't believe I hurt a girl as wonderful as u. You can add a few more things in there and do it in person not on the phone or by letter "IN PERSON!" Take her some where ,where there isn't a lot of people let it be private when u do it and don't try to sleep with her or anything like that if ur her friend a hug if ur her bf a kiss. Trust me I'm a girl and we love that stuff romance is the key to making her feel special and give her all the attention because the most important thing is to give her a lot of attention because it will make her very mad at u "trust me"
(And don't tell her shes the one unless u really mean it don't tell her anything that will make her have hope in a future together unless u really want that) I had that happen to me and he broke my heart.

just say sorry to her online or face to face, tell her why u did it, and that you wont do it again, and then do something for her to make up for it!
