The entire world cannot be governed by one person.Even if the masses elect him it would not be a good idea to have the world governed by a single person.

No because there is too many religions and beliefs, if they had a vote by the masses then whoever was the ambassador for the east indian nations or for the oriental nations would win because they have the greatest percentage of the masses.
