If you go to the Yahoo! FIFA site, and click on the 17:00 time, it gives you a time converter pop-up that you can maneuver to your time zone. When you choose the time zone you're in, it tells you the time, YOUR time, it will start. I live in the EDT area too, so it's 11:00 am.
