Dude, you left Gerry back there, get him out before he runs out of air. But seriously, just look for a loose object in the trunk or the spare tire well.

I'm not e-mailing you. However - you probably have a jug of bug-wash or anti-freeze in your trunk (or something else that's kinda heavy) and you brake hard which causes the item to thump around. I have the same car, and I attribute that noise to the stuff in my trunk.

I asked the same question at my dealer and was told it's a water pump
