i have downloaded xp sp2, after that i have no response from my sound card

You can find drivers for your creative card at support section of http://www.creative.com/
If you have the model number it's will work better if you don't know the exact series of the card.
If it's a Live/Audigy/Audigy 2 then the kxDriver will work as well.

You should be able to go to the Creative Labs web site and download it. I used to remember the name of this web site that had a huge inventory of drivers if the manufacturer stopped supporting the equipment.
