I can only suggest that you buy a better router.
Now by wireless do you mean there is no router in your house and it comes from a different source? If so get a better wireless router.
If you have one in your house and it receives the signal for you then try getting closer to your router. If this does not work your router may need to be replaced.
Are you talking about a cell phone? If so try getting a cell phone signal booster. Try the link below to get an idea of what they do.
If you need more help email me and I can help you.
good luck.

I doubt your internet speed is anywhere near 108 mbps, most ISP speeds in North America are 10 -20 mbps, maximum. Try moving the antenna on the router from vertical to horizontal (swivel it), to see if that helps any. Also, if there are other routers in the neighborhood, you may want to try a different wireless channel in the router, like 1 or 11 instead of the default 6, to reduce interference. Them try moving the router in the basement just a few feet in all directions. Sometimes that makes the signal act differently, and may reach upstairs better... Using a "repeater", like a router in WDS mode, cuts your speed in half anyway, so best to focus on inproving your existing link first...

If your not in a good range that will cause a poor signal. To help better it, click start, connect to, show all connection, right click on your wireless connection, properties, configure, advance, in the property box select power output, in the value box select 100%, in the property box select Power save mode, in the value box make sure it reads disabled. Then click okay. Your all set. If this doesn't work, then it means you are not in a good enough range, or something is interfering with the signal.

many factor:
- use usb adapter with antenna
usb adapter is like your pci wireless card (for pc) or pcmcia wireless card (for laptop). many size in market:
1. like the thumb size: it looks cool and small but the strength is not so strong
2. the one that have the stand and antenna and plugin into ur usb port either at router port to strengten ur signal or at ur pc.
- gud router with antenna
when u buy the router, try to find the one with antenna
- distance
what is the distance from your router to ur laptop/pc?
-type of connection
what type of connection u subscribe? dsl/cable? how many mbps?

yeah get a stronger aerial on your pc/laptop.
or if your using a router, get a MIMO router. with detactable aerial's, or last option is get a wifi repeater, this take your wifi signal from the router and amps it up to cover a larger distance. saves buying a new router, or ripping out connecitons.

try verizon.. been on the subway in washington, dc, and it works.. so I guess changing service provider, find from friends that get reception what company they use, and change to that one... it all depends on what company has antennas around the area..
