if you are in outer space time goes slower,
then on the earth:
two people that get born on the same day, one goes into outer spce for 30 years and comes back the earthperson is gona look 30 years older an the outerspace person lookes yust something liks 2-3 years older!

Yes, once time starts to reverse it then becomes emit. All backwords are simply a word spelled backword. So, in this case, when time reverses the energy that used to be wasted on time becomes emit energy.
This is the Holy Grail of energy types and has been the goal of many energy scientists. Unfortunately when someone gets close to making time go backwords they die from the ever increasing emit energy. Emit is much like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, without the rainbow.
Physics is a branch of science, not a person. Therefore physics will tell you nothing.

According to the theory of general relativity, spacetime (introduced by Hermann Minkowski) is flat creating an invisible grid called the Lorentzian manifold. This grid however can be folded and bent around objects with heavy mass due to the gravity of the mass (such as the earth). As a result, a fourth dimension is created, think of a bowling ball on a trampoline, the trampoline curves around where the bowling ball is sitting. This grid combined with the fact that light can bend around gravitational curves may mean the earth is surrounded by an invisible grid of spacetime. According to Einsteins theory of relativity if it were humanly possible for a person to travel at the speed of light in one orbit around the earth, the person would arrive back to the point he started at at the same moment as which he left. I believe that for a person to actually transcend time to go back would mean they would have to travel faster than the speed of light, in this instance lets take the same person who went around the planet once at the speed of light, if this same person went once around the planet faster than the speed of light this person would theoretically arrive to the point he left before he even left it.
Humans at this point are no where near being able to come up with a way to travel the speed of light, none the less come up with a way to travel even faster than light. So therefore I am afraid that we are stuck in the present. The same would most likely apply to travel to the future. Traveling to the future on the other hand is a whole new ball game independent of the curavture of spacetime. According to the Haefele-Keating experiment in an accelerated frame of reference there is an event known as gravitational time dialation in which clocks have been shown to run slower at a lower gravitational potential (deep within a gravity well). Theoretically a person put deep into a gravity well would experience time dialation as the rest of the world ran on regular time therefore when removed from the well may theoretically be in the "future". Whether the time dialation would affect human body the same way it does a clock, no one knows.
Therefore, time travel in general seems to be a human impossibility. However, time viewing is a whole other story. Humans may not be physically able to travel, but can we perhaps view the future? If you look far enough around a curve, you will look upon yourself, so if one could perhaps excite particles to move faster than the speed of light again these particles may be accelerated into the "future" being not just around the curve but around the curve and then some. The "and then some" would be in fact the few moments after the current moment, thus...the future. I hope you can follow this line of thought, its sort of difficult to explain.
This is my interpertation of the physics behind time. Its just my theory using some theories that already exist. Hope this helps!

There is no law in physics that prevents time moving backwards. However, our experiance tells us it is only in one direction. The only known way to "time travel" is to get in a space ship and go near the speed of light for a while. When you come back, earth will be much older (hundreds to thousands of years, possibly) due to relativity. No way to get back, though.

Time is linear in a single direction. The direction we have come from is the past and we are headed toward the future. It is impossible to stop physical time because we are composed of it, and it is a velocity "c" that mankind cannot alter in any manner.

Most all of the equations dealing with time are semetric, so if you are moving faster than the speed of light, time would flow backwards for you.

I would think, that if a "Particle" in a Particle Accelerator "disappeared" then "re-appeared" there might be evidence to support time reversal ;-)
