its said that its risky to have sex during the ovulation time, but does not ejaculating makes any difference?

Well, even without ejaculation, there can be seepage. And of the sperm seep out and swim up, well, you certainly CAN get pregnant.

no, you can get pregnant from the pre-***.... and there is no controlling that
