So is he?! I don't think he will because even though his son had died, he is still getting a lot of support from his son. His son will give him good luck i bet. Lamar is a good basketball player so I don't want to see him quit while his son is supporting him very much down there. I feel like crying about what happened to his son

I think this situation will be a growing process for Odom. Life is more than Basketball, however basketball can give him the motivation to do something positive for other Parents who lost their child in a similar situation as his.

Nets have become a much better deal. Odom is a one among a kind participant! There isnt one element he cant do and theres no longer one man or woman he cant conceal. He finally had a season without injuries too! So he'd be coming off a healthful season. would not Jefferson get damage each and every 12 months? Hes like the taller Dwyane Wade. Jefferson doesnt carry something to the team that Odom doesnt. The Lakers want protection. Jefferson isn't large defensively. The Nets want each and every thing except a capturing look after. And very last time i checked on the Lakers Odom performed each and every thing except capturing look after.

My 2 1/2 month old niece recently died the same way. She wasn't my child, but she lived at my house, and I treated her like my daughter. I doubt Lamar will quit, but he will go through a mourning period. I think the good thing for him is that right now he doesn't have to worry about playing basketball. He gets the next few months to grieve and get his life re-centered. He has suffered a huge loss, but he can overcome the pain and continue on with life.

I really hope not. Lamar Odom is one of my favorite players in the NBA. I send my condolences. Hopefully, his son's death will make him stronger and he will continue to play basketball. He is one of the most versatile players in the league.

I'm not sure why anyone would think that. I'd certainly be surprised. I don't think he'd quit.
