Regardless of the dress code at the office, when you are interviewing, it is better to go a) conservative, b) more business-like attire, c) clean and pressed with shined shoes. The idea is to impress the interviewer that you are serious about getting the job. Err on the side of simple. Buy a good, simple interview suit and you will be able to use it for years.

Dress Business Professional always in sales for a good first impression. I think it makes a huge difference when someone walks into the front door wearing a Prof Outfit rather than casual. Unless you are vacuums door to door, then dress a little lighter.

A business suit. You can never really overdress for an interview, just underdress. Also, if you wear business suit, you get a chance to ask the question when they say "Do you have any questions for us?"
You can then say "Is my attire appropriate for this work environment, or have I overdressed perhaps?" which will lighten up the atmosphere, as they will probably jokingly tell you you're overdressed a bit and you can relax.

Looks like you are a girl, wear a nice pant suit. Always better to dress up than dress down for an interview.

Wear what you would wear if you were already hired. They want to see you look the part.
