Yep. Germany won but not in the manner I had predicted. The match was nil all at half time. In the second half Argentine scored (Ayala) with a nice header. One of the best goals Ive seen in the tournament so far. Then Klose score (that guy is amazing) and the match was tied. They played 4 mins of stoppage time and no one scored. The match had play for an additional 15 minutes...still no goal. Went to penalty shoot out. Argentina missed two and Germany scored all 4. The match should have been won by Argentina. I think the coach errored when he decided to depend the one goal. With 20 mins left in the game he removed, Riquelme, Crespo. Everyone knows that you cannot defend a one nil goal against germany. Plus the main goal keeper had to be substituted after he hurt himself going after the ball. Their were a few scuffles during the match and when the match ended someone said something (germany) and it appeared that they were gonna fight. But it was quickly squashed. The argentinians cried as to be expected. All in all it was a well contested match. Very exciting. Try catching the highlights.

Goooooooooooooooooo Brazil

As for the end tumult-strike it up to Latin despair.
Lots of passion and build up of emotion and then bam when one is out of the running to go all the way.
Think of it like getting all turned on and then the woman saying no.
In mourning that Argentina lost-I wanted to see them play Italy

Why do the Argentines think they are entitled to win all the time, is it a birthright or what? Its not written in stone you have to win, so stop whining and take it like a man....geez
