Doctor here. First of all you should define path of the pain, your age and duration of pain. Most appropriate option to let some doctor check it for consistancy and for any other marks/hardness. You can email me your details for proper and comprehensive consultancy.

I dont recall ever hearing this could be dangerous sometimes its just growing pains or something as simple as that. However I do recommend letting your family doctor know so they can decide on what you should do if anything further - or to just keep an eye on it :)

If you drink a lot of caffine that could be causing it. If you do try not having caffine for a while and see if you still have them.

can be the hormones while growing up, but i think it is
better to go for a physical and tell the docter
