LIBERALS INTERVIEW FOR REAL WORK? How do they have time for REAL WORK, they are either standing on a street corner somewhere holding a glossy "Lets Kill Bush and GIVE peace a chance" signs or sitting in thier section 8 housing waiting for the next free handout.
I did not know they actually even INTERVIEWED for a job!
KUDOS to you!

Boy, you are just dripping with narrow-minded hatred, aren't you.
The difference between liberals and neo-cons like yourself is liberals believe in giving something back and not running around screaming "mine, mine, mine" like a 3 year old.
I worked 50-60 hours a week for 20 years, never collected unemployment or welfare, never fudged on my taxes, donate about 10% of my earnings to charities, and I am a veteran.
What have you done to make the world a better place?
That being said, I have been responsible for hiring, and would and have hired what you consider liberals. They tend to not feel "entitled", are usually willing to work harder because they have a desire to improve their (and that of others) station in life, and generally tend to be more polite and less bigoted and narrow-minded.
I would think, if you were as sucessful as you claim to be, you could afford a better image-editing program. My 5 year old writes better than that.

ok...Your political opinions have nothing to do with people being able to work well or not and do their best. You are unprofessional and immoral by doing this. I am not a liberal, but if you reach this point as an employer is no different than saying that you dont hire black people. People should deny to answer your questions about politics in the first place, you have no right to manipulate them like this.
I hope you fail soon, because ethically you already have.

Why would they want to work for you?? Keep up the good work: don´t bring innocent people into the hell you call your workplace.
I think you have your terms all mixed up too...see, trailer trash is supposed to be white lower class who live in trailers and are not as a rule liberal, whereas there are very few trailers in ghettos, last time I checked. Maybe you should visit a city on occasion.
Most of us liberals, ghetto-raised or not, tend to average about 50+ hours of work. Thank God we don´t do it for you, you´ll agree.

There does seem to be a fundamental difference at how people look at the world. The liberals see the conservatives as "dangerous" and "ignorant" - business is "bad" and the government will take care of them (national health insurance, and other entitlement programs). Conservatives believe in self determination and healthy businesses equal healthy economic times equal a healthy tax base for which you can support programs as necessary (like student loan programs - which perpetuate the whole economy).
If I owned a business, I think your strategy is right minded. I would want to reduce my risk of law suit of various other claims too. If you are hiring people who fundamentally believed they are owed things in life, well they will no doubt take advantage being provided for.

Me too! Me too!
I'm a Liberal and.....
...I worked for Hickory Farms as a manager, and started something called " Operation Hickory Stick " . It was Christmas of 2004.
I got two lists from my brother in the Army. One was for a medical company in Iraq, the other was a list of men who were fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq.
When customers came to the register to buy things, we asked them if they would like to send a gift of their choice to a service man or woman. I gave them both lists and asked them to pick a name.
I filled out the form, and they selected and paid for a gift. Then I showed them where they could fill out a personal message. Some wrote things like " Thank you for your courage and bravery- signed- A friend in the States. Or ' God bless and protect you"
After they were done, I would say " On behalf of (Pfc.--name--, or Sgt--name--etc) thank you for your gift and prayers, and Merry Christmas to you, and shake their hand....
We sent out about 53 packages before the season ended. That was 53 packages who got to our soldiers because of my idea and the kindness of good, decent Americans.
I got no letter, no special recognition, but that's OK. I was honored to be able to REALLY support the troops.
BTW, contact Hickory Farms and tell them you heard about this program from the person who used to manage the Westminster Mall -California- Hickory Farms Store during the Christmas 2004 season. Tell them you want them to continue it.
Merry Christmas! Liberals are good people, you should think of hiring one sometime..

Yes I can. I am a liberal who worked for a very conservative man."Love it or Leave It " sign in his office.
During Christmas, we started to have an overstock of chocolates in gift boxes, they weren't selling very well.
HE wanted to send them back to the supplier and get a deduction. I contacted the Red Cross and was able to talk my boss into sending 47 boxes to our troops in Iraq.
We sent them to a Marine Company in Fallouja, and got a letter back from the Marine Corps the following March, thanking us for thinking of the troops during Christmas, who were so far away from their homes and families.
I am prouder of that, of being a compassionate, caring liberal and talking my boss into doing that, than I am of anything else in the last 3 years. AND I am glad he hired me.
Matter of fact, so is he.

it seems typical that conservatives dont want to hire anyone that doesnt think exactly like them. i mean, why would someone like you want to hire a guy like me, who comes from poverty? i mean, what did i ever do to deserve the honor of being in your presence? maybe it was that i worked 70 hours a week for a couple years to make ends meet and better myself, all the while guys like you ignored laws regarding fair hiring policies?
its ok though, i'm glad i learned the hard way what being a real american is about, and now that i work for myself, i'm glad i wasnt born with a silver spoon. its seems those are only used to forcefeed piles of crap to morons who think that posting stupid questions makes them special, but they're actually more "special ed".

Wow. You are an incredible bigot. If we lived back in the "good old days" im sure you'd be head of the KKK. If it ever was found out that you discriminate in you hiring practices based on political inclination (and duh you just posted it on Y! answers) you could get sued big time.
I hope i never ever ever meet you (and i hope doubly you don't have children, some genes deserve to die)

you know my favorite things in your question? first its that yu ask then answer your own question .. good for you, you deserve 10 points... then its the gross generalism you make of people, slick, i bet your an awsome boss. and to this boss thing... omg, your the staple king! ive got a huge need for staples and now that i know the only place for me to get them is from a right winged, civil liberty trashing person who brags about his silly theories of scocial justice and comes off as a bigot...ill have to go to paper clips, way to strike yet another blow for the neo-cons.
it just struck me, does the staple king have a staple queen?a staple princess? or is the staple monarchy a lonely, lonely buisness
