limewire is the popular one now, and theres one called Ares thats supposed to be pretty good.

Limewire and WinDX, just be warned, download carefully. Do not over do it, because the music comes from other users and if they have spyware or a virus on their system and you download the music. It is possible for you to bring that infection onto your computer. So I high suggest download very little, and always run a virus scan on the file before playing it.
