Yes there is a video for Sunday, Bloody Sunday. If memory serves it was a black and white(I'm color blind so I could be wrong) but the band was in a large house or castle just sitting around singing the song.

The live at Red Rocks was the video. The War album was released in early 1983 and achieved airplay for the sing New Years Day featuring the members of U2 in the snow. On the back of their success, they embarked on the War tour. Their best performance was in a 5 June 1983 show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre outside of Denver, Colorado. Captured on the full-length concert video Under a Blood Red Sky, a steady rain and the surreal, torch-lit natural beauty of the surroundings combined to present U2's performance in the most dramatic of contexts. Frequently shown on MTV, the video helped to further expand the band's American audience.

The record and video of Under a Blood Red Sky was released in 1983. Sunday Bloody Sunday was widely played on radio at least in Australia and was regarded as a single from the Under a Blood Red Sky even though "I Will Follow" was the official single. The live video for "Sunday, Bloody Sunday" is the video for the song. Rolling Stone nominated their performance at Red Rocks as one of the moments that defined rock and roll.
