have paid all of my parking tickets
I have no tickets for moving violations (speeding)
I just got my 4th parking ticket today.
(one for parking in permit area only, one for parking across MY driveway, one for parking with in 15 of a fire hydrant, and one for parking on the wrong side for street sweeping)
I had one last year in the spring, and three this year

I am not sure what it is you are really looking to hear because one ticket makes your driving looks bad but, If you mean when an officer put your plates in his computer and make the computer crash, I think it takes a lot more than just four tickets...
I think you are still okay...
Just be more aware of your surroundings that's all....
