hey i want to be an actress but im not so sure cuz like b/c of my deep christian religion i CANT pose nude on tv and dont want to and i dont want to kiss or drink or smoke
like most actors do on tv...i heard i dont have to do all that sutff to be successful..is this true? because its my dream to be an actress and i DONT want to do all this bad stuff
etc etc and also i cant sing...im very shy but i can act sooooooooo goood and ive been given awards at my high school for acting and always get lead roles
but i cant sing so i hope im not forced to sing as an actor....or strip naked and stuff.. cuz most actors do it.. so i was wondering if ill ever be successful just cuz i dont want
to do these stuff and you think my agent or boss will help me out by becoming famous without all the naked and singing ****? and where should i start. answers are appreciated

I also want to be an actress, and I won't pose nude or get naked in movies, but i'm not a Christian. First of all, before deciding about your "rules" as an actress, you need to GET somewhere. I've been an extra in 3 movies, and I still haven't gotten anywhere, even with a brother-in-law in the movie business. It's hard to get discovered and it takes a lot of time and work. I have had no luck, so I gave up on trying for now and decided to go to college. I live in Austin, Texas where a lot of movies are filmed, and have yet to get anywhere. I haven't done anything since 1998 when I was an extra in the movie "Varsity Blues". Go to college, get a degree, take a lot of theatre and voice classes, THEN try for an acting career. It takes time. If you want it really bad, like I do, DON'T GIVE UP! You just need to go to the right places and meet the right people. Find your state's local website on casting calls and keep track of what kind of people they need for a certain movie and go for it! For example, I live in Texas, so my state's website is http://www.governor.state.tx.us/film It tells me what movies are being filmed here, what type of people they are looking for, and who to contact. Your state most likely has one. Find it and have fun!

There is much more to acting than posing nude and doing sex scenes. That is such a common mistake. You do, however, need to get over your fear of being the center of attention. Being successful has nothing to do with being promiscuous. Start looking for auditions at your nearest community theater, the acting season is coming up shortly. You also need to put together a portfolio of your previous gigs (if there are any) and your stats (height, weight, eye color, etc.). Good luck.

i don't think of you would nicely be showing an excellent result merely yet if it became your modern-day significant different so i'd could imagine it is your ex. if you're making plans to save this toddler you want have a paternity attempt to ascertain who's it really is.
