girl im 20 and look 17..so i know how irritating it is when people think you are younger.. my cousins look older but thyre younger than me.. first of all i think what matters most is if you think you look 13 and you look good. so keep tht in mind, others arent perfect. but ofcourse it will bother you. so wht you can do is wear trendy clothes, dont wear loose tshirts or something which generally teenagers wont wear. when you are a lil older apply make up. the way you keep your hair. make sure its not a kiddish hair style.and use lil jewellery.. earrings etc. but be careful you dont want to look like a 20 yr old trapped in a 13yr olds body! and remember in the long run ladies die to look younger. so you might be lucky!

be happy that you look young. i am. im 24 years old and people still think i look 16 years old. there is nothing wrong with it. lookin young is something that millions of older girls dream of.
but, you could get a really serious haircut. i dont know how your hair looks now, but look in magazines or look at actors your age and see how their hair cuts are. then you will look a little older. believe me. it works to cut your hair. it will make a big different. you shouldnt wear make up. you are too young and if you start now you could get zits in the future from wearing make up. but that all depends on your skin type. you dont really have to change you cloths. if you have any cloths with flowers or bears or butterflies, dont wear them anymore. but the best thing to do is get a hair cut.
dont worry about lookin younger. your cousin will wish she looked as young as you in couple of years. stay young and live your childhood. take care!

Alot of young kids look a year or two younger or older since everyone matures differently. Don't try to look older, just be yourself. You'll regert it later in life if you grow up to fast (which can be caused by people treating you older then you are)
