I know i am not with the right guy..how do i leave if a part of me loves him,, i dont want to be weak.?

Part of you loves who you thought he was. The longer you waste your time with him the longer it will take to meet Mr. Right. Think that way and you wont be weak.

Try to focus on why it WON'T work and don't dwell on the things that did, at least for right now. With time, you'll move on and realize that you just weren't right for each other, and hopefully you'll remain friendly. There isn't anything wrong with finding good and bad things about a person, you just have decide which things are going to affect your decision about whether or not to stay in the relationship.
