Here's a great 3 day diet...if you can stomach it...I lost 7 pounds.

3 DAY DIET

THE FOLLOWING DIET (SUGGESTED BY THE MIAMI HEART INSTITUTE) MUST BE
FOLLOWED EXACTLY. LOSE up to 10 LBS. IN 3 DAYS.

DAY 1

BREAKFAST--- BLACK COFFEE OR TEA, 1/2 GRAPEFRUIT, 1 SLICE
TOAST, 2 TBSP. PEANUT BUTTER.

LUNCH--- 1/2 CUP TUNA, 1 SLICE TOAST, COFFEE OR TEA

DINNER--- 3 SLICES ANY TYPE OF MEAT (ABOUT 3 OUNCES), 1 CUP
STRING BEANS, 1 CUT BEETS, 1 SMALL APPLE, 1 CUP
VANILLA ICE CREAM.


DAY 2

BREAKFAST--- 1 EGG, 1 BANANA, 1 SLICE TOAST, BLACK COFFEE OR
TEA.

LUNCH--- 1 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE, 5 SALTINE CRACKERS.

DINNER--- 2 BEEF HOT DOGS, 1 CUP BROCCOLI, 1/2 CUP CARROTS,
1/2 BANANA, 1/2 CUP VANILLA ICE CREAM.


DAY 3

BREAKFAST--- 5 SALTINE CRACKERS, 1 SLICE CHEDDAR CHEESE, 1
SMALL APPLE, BLACK COFFEE OR TEA.

LUNCH--- 1 HARD-BOILED EGG, 1 SLICE TOAST.

DINNER--- 1 CUP TUNA, 1 CUP BEETS, 1 CUP CAULIFLOWER, 1/2
CANTALOUPE, 1/2 CUP VANILLA ICE CREAM.


THE DIET WORKS ON CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN AND IS PROVEN. DO NOT VARY
OR SUBSTITUTE ANY OF THE FOODS. SALT OR PEPPER MAY BE USED, BUT NO
OTHER SEASONINGS. WHERE NO QUANTITY IS GIVEN, THERE IS NO
RESTRICTION OTHER THAN COMMON SENSE. THIS DIET IS TO BE USED FOR
3 DAYS AT A TIME. YOU MAY DRINK AS MUCH WATER AS YOU WANT.

IN 3 DAYS YOU WILL LOSE 4-8 LBS. AFTER 3 DAYS OF DIETING YOU CAN
EAT NORMAL FOOD, BUT DON'T OVERDO IT. AFTER 4 DAYS OF NORMAL
EATING, START BACK ON THE 3 DAY DIET. YOU CAN LOSE UP TO 15-25 LBS.
IN A MONTH IF YOU STICK TO IT.

THIS IS A SAFE DIET. REMEMBER....DO NOT SNACK BETWEEN MEALS AND DO
NO SUBSTITUTE OR ALTER THE DIET IN ANY WAY.

The best way to loose weight fast is to get you a plastic suit that boxers run and train in and hit the track! Also watch your diet and drink plenty of water!!!

Alot of people use different methods and think theirs is the fastest. I lost 40 lbs doing Tae Bo (nice name drop), but Billy Banks is awesome, especially Tae Bo Elite. Just work out every 3 days and maintain what you eat. Cut out junk foods, if not and you need a support group Jenny Craig is a way to go but those kinds of plans are expensive. You have to find one that works for you.

Go to a spa that does something called a "Colon Cleansing" Lose 7 to 10bls in 5 minutes, and you'll feel great after wards.

try running half an hour every moring befor breakfast! you drop twice as much exersizing be for you eat.try going on diets,like a vegy diet,or a no sugar diet,or a no carb diet. i have done the no carb diet and i did for three days, after that i was feeling much better about my self and my body was doing much better. good luck! :]

i lost 4 kgs over a spread of 7-10days.. no exercise at all. by eating one full meal anytime between 4pm to 6pm. (delicious chinese.. rice/noodles.. anything.. as long as you dont overeat... yummy food, need not be salad! )

before that or after that particular, i only eat low fat snacks.. fruits.. yogurts.. biscuits... just make sure the snacks r low-fat n light... i had minimum flavoured drinks....

exersise. But whatever you do dont starve yourself. Try to eat breakfast everyday and if you have snacks through out the day stop eating them and lunch just have breakfast and dinner!

Run around your home in the morning and evening..
start slowly and then reach the fastest...
then slowly...end the race..
it will do magic to your weightloss!!

eat extremely healthy such as a lot of fruit and veggies and exercise like crazy.
