when i'm driving my car Mitsubishi diemante LS 1997, the front end vibrates......And when i stop at a red light and take off again the car makes a chirping sound. Not sure what this is. Please help!

You could have warped a brake disk which would make the car vibrate a little bit on stopping. Pay attention next time and see if the car pulls to one side of the road or not when you apply your brakes.The chirping sound could be various things from the pads unsticking from the disk or even an engine belt slipping a bit.

The vibration could be something simple such as the wheels are out of line. If I were you, I would have it checked out by a professional mechanic.
