If you prefer masturbation over sex with your partner, then it's cheating in my opinion.
If you just do it and the sex life with your partner is okay then it's normal.

from my point of view hell no. in fact i'd would rather my man use his hand than another's woman's body any day. but if your still not sure if it's cheating fill free to use my rule of thumb. if they were to do the same thing would you call them a cheater???
